Tamagotchi Version One

My tamagotchi turned into a flying egg or something. How do I turn it back into its original form?
Your tamagotchi has died. Unfortunately, there is no way to set it back to it's original form. You can get a new egg and start from the beginning by pressing the reset button on the back of the device (but don't poke it too hard or else it'll get stuck).
