The passwords are on your tamagotchi V4. You go to the icon that looks like a heart...last one on the top line, then choose pc. It will give you a password to get into tamatown. When you have done all you need to do there you just click logout and on the tama press a button. You will see a place on the tama to put the password that the computer gives you to get the items you earned while there. Hope this helps.
