Tamagotchi Version Four/4.5

The Tamagotchi v4 won't accept any codes from the tamatown website. Why is this, and can you tell me which website to use? Many thanks.

it is possible that you didn't write the passwords correctly or you loged out with the wrong code or maybe you have a fake tamagotchi
